This Saturday 27th September will see the NFL return to the streets of London to mark the start of the NFL International Series Games with a State-style street celebration. Over 600,000 fans attended last year’s celebrations and this year will be bigger and better as thousands of fans are expected to flood Regent Street to partake in the celebrations.
Taking place from 11am to 5pm on Regent Street, the event will be attended by NFL players and coaches from the Miami Dolphins and the Oakland Raiders teams with a whole host of activities to keep fans entertained including live interviews on stage, musical performances from the Oakland Raiders cheerleaders, a mini football field featuring NFL games and, competitions to win NFL memorabilia and merchandise.
So if you’re in the West End for the Regent Street NFL event and fancy a break from the crowds or want to continue the American Football celebrations after dark, head to nearby Sports Bar & Grill Piccadilly Circus, located on Rupert Street, where the best live sports action is screened (and you can grab a drink and a bite to eat whilst you’re there!).
